1. About the Website

(a) Welcome to BarberWorx (Website). The Website is a curated supply of men's grooming and barbering products and accessories (Services).

(b) By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

5. Trade Accounts

(a) BarberWorx offers a Trade Account program for verified barbershops, salons, mobile barbers, distributors, and other hair and grooming professionals operating in Australia.

(b) Eligibility: To apply for a Trade Account, you must hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN), operate a hair, barbering, beauty, or grooming business in Australia (or be employed in such a business as a buyer), and complete the Trade Application form at /pages/trade-sign-up.

(c) Approval: Trade Accounts are approved automatically on submission of a valid Trade Application. BarberWorx reserves the right to revoke a Trade Account at any time, without notice, if the information provided is inaccurate or fraudulent, the account is used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, or the account is shared with non-trade persons.

(d) Trade discount: When logged in, approved Trade Account holders receive an automatic twelve percent (12%) discount on the displayed retail price of eligible products at checkout. The following categories are excluded from the 12% trade discount:

  • Professional hair colour and tint products
  • Electrical products (clippers, trimmers, hair dryers, straighteners, curlers, and similar)
  • Bundles, gift packs, multipacks, and sets
  • BROSH products (which carry dedicated trade pricing — see clause (e))
  • Products specifically marked as trade discount excluded

(e) BROSH trade pricing: BROSH products carry dedicated wholesale prices for Trade Account holders, applied automatically at checkout.

(f) No additional bundling: The trade discount cannot be combined with promotional codes, sale prices, or other discount offers unless expressly permitted.

(g) Resale of products: Trade Account holders are permitted to resell products to end consumers in the course of their business. Trade Account holders must not resell products via online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Catch, etc.) or via wholesale channels without prior written consent.

(h) Right to vary: BarberWorx reserves the right to vary the trade discount percentage, exclusions, or eligibility criteria at any time, with notice published on the Website.

6. Payment

All payments are made using Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Afterpay (where eligible). Trade Account holders pay using the same payment methods as retail customers at the time of order (cards up front). Net payment terms are not offered at launch.

7. Shipping and Refunds

Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Full shipping rates and refund details are published at Shipping and returns. Any benefits set out in these terms apply in addition to a consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

BarberWorx takes your privacy seriously. Information provided through your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy.

16. Venue and Jurisdiction

The Services offered by BarberWorx are intended for residents of Australia. The exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
