Shipping and returns
Despatch
Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are despatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed after that or on weekends and public holidays despatch the next business day.
We ship via Australia Post and StarTrack depending on size and destination.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Applies to both retail and trade.
Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number by email when it ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than three business days, email hello@barberworx.com.au and we'll chase it for you.
Returns — change of mind
Within 14 days of receiving your order, unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange. Email hello@barberworx.com.au with your order number to start a return.
Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
Returns — faulty or damaged
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage, at our cost.
Faulty product claims after 48 hours are still honoured under Australian Consumer Law — these may take slightly longer to resolve.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned goods. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Trade returns
Trade Account holders are subject to the same return terms. Bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee on change-of-mind returns — we'll flag this in writing before accepting the return.
