Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your BarberWorx order. If something isn't right, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on any product that has been opened, used or had its hygiene seal broken.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit and cover the cost of return shipping where required.

How to Request a Return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Once we approve the return, we'll send you the return address and instructions. We recommend using a trackable service; we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further few days to display the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. For other exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once we receive the returned item. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the order is being shipped back to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Sale and Clearance Items

Sale and clearance items can be returned only if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on sale or clearance items.
