Shipping Policy

Rates

  • Standard shipping: $12 flat rate Australia-wide
  • Express shipping: $18 flat rate Australia-wide
  • Free standard shipping on retail orders over $150

Trade account holders are charged the standard or express flat rate at checkout. Free shipping over $150 applies to retail orders only.

Carrier

All BarberWorx orders are shipped via Australia Post (eParcel). Standard service uses Parcel Post; Express uses Express Post. Both services include tracking.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

During sale periods and around public holidays, processing may take an extra 1-2 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, Australia Post's published delivery estimates apply:

  • Standard (Parcel Post): 2-8 business days depending on destination
  • Express (Express Post): 1-3 business days within the Express Post network; longer to regional and remote areas

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. BarberWorx is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

Authority to Leave

By default, parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card and hold the parcel at your nearest collection point.

You can give Australia Post Authority to Leave through the AusPost tracking link once dispatched. If you choose Authority to Leave, BarberWorx is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch at your cost.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and work with you to resolve it.

International Shipping

BarberWorx currently ships within Australia only.
