Do you ship anywhere in Australia?
Yes. Standard and express options to every Australian postcode.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch. Australian deliveries only.
When will my order ship?
Same business day if ordered before 11am AEST. Otherwise next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't despatched it yet, yes. Email hello@barberworx.com.au as soon as you can with your order number.
Trade accounts
Who can apply for a trade account?
Anyone operating a barbering, hair, beauty, or grooming business in Australia with a current ABN.
How long does approval take?
Approval is automatic. Submit the form, your account is active within seconds.
What's the trade discount?
Twelve percent off the retail price on every eligible product, applied automatically when you're signed in.
What's excluded from the trade discount?
Hair colour, electricals (clippers, trimmers, dryers, straighteners), bundles / gift packs / multipacks, and BROSH products (which carry dedicated trade pricing). Everything else is 12% off.
Can I get net 30 terms?
Not at launch. Cards up front for now. Net terms may be available case-by-case for established trade customers.
Brands
What brands do you stock?
American Crew, BROSH, American Barber, Hanz De Fuko, Andis, Parlux, OBU Scissors, and Silver Bullet at launch.
Why isn't [Layrite / Reuzel / Suavecito / etc.] here?
If a brand you want isn't here, email us — if there's demand, we'll look at sourcing it.
Are products genuine and authorised?
Yes. Everything here is sourced direct from the brand or its authorised Australian distributor. No grey market.
Returns and faults
What's your returns policy?
14 days for change of mind on unopened stock. Faulty products are always replaced or refunded. Full terms at Shipping and returns.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Email hello@barberworx.com.au within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund including return postage.
Privacy and account
How do I update my account or shipping address?
Sign in, go to Account, edit your details. Or email us and we'll update it for you.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@barberworx.com.au with your account email and we'll delete the account within 7 days, as required by Australian privacy law.
